Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design and execution projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee plumbing systems installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations during MEP works.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordination with client For design and drawing approvals (NCR railway)
- Responsible for complete LT, HT, Feeder Pillar and Fire alarm system, cctv security system.
- Development of Projects from Concept level to Commissioning, including substations and entire electrical work chain of Cable laying, Panel installations, Earthing system, and External lighting work.
- Dealing with all technical requirements on site with co-ordination of drawings and technical specs.
- Billing and making efforts to maximize the profit and revenue to company.
- Installation and commissioning 250x4 TR chiller system
- Platform MEPF services design and installation
- Effective planning, monitoring and scheduling for completion the Project
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in MEP coordination or management role.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or related field.
- Strong knowledge of MEP design principles and practices; proficiency in software such as AutoCAD/MEP.
