Job Description
PRA India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Plant & Machinery Head for National Highway Project at Jharkhand Location.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing operations: Managing the day-to-day operations of a plant, including production and manufacturing
- Maintaining equipment: Ensuring that plant equipment is properly maintained
- Developing strategies: Creating strategies to optimize plant performance
- Budget management: Controlling plant expenses and managing budgets to ensure financial health
- Staff supervision: Hiring, training, and mentoring plant staff
- Safety protocols: Enforcing safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure employee safety
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating: Planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all the functions of the plant
- Ensuring proper functioning: Ensuring that all the departments of the plant are functioning properly and effectively
