Survey Manager

PRA India Private Limited is hiring for Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-Survey for Raipur Railway Station Major Upgradation Project for Raipur Chhattisgarh Location.

Candidate who can Join on Immediate Basis with relevant Experience should only apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys using total station, DGPS, and other survey equipment to gather data for building construction projects.
• Prepare detailed topographical maps and drawings from surveyed data.
• Ensure accurate measurements and record-keeping of site boundaries, contours, and features.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues related to survey errors or discrepancies.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and adhere to company standards for quality control.
• Quantity Calculations of all Construction Work Like-Cutting and Filling of Earthwork, Subgrade, GSH, WBM, Concrete and Levelling Marking and Checking, L section, Cross Section Drawing Preparation.
• Structure Alignment Checking and Leveling of Lunching Span.
• Knowledge of Auto Cad With Drafting Coordinates, all types of calculation,Area Volume and Dias/Radius etc
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate must have an Experience in Building projects including-Station Building, Hospital Building, Hostel Projects and other Building related Projects
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) degree required; relevant certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and design purposes.
• Strong understanding of total station operation and data analysis techniques.
• 10-12 years of experience in land surveying or building survey work.
