Job Description
Job Description: The Building Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of a building. The role involves managing housekeeping and maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating repairs and inspections to maintain the functionality and appearance of the premises.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, security personnel, and housekeeping teams.
- Ensure routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Oversee cleanliness, landscaping, and general upkeep of the property.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance logs, and service reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes.
- Prepare reports and update management on building status and operational needs.
