We are looking for a strategic, analytical and capable team leader as our Manager- FP&A. Manager-FP&A is responsible for a wide array of responsibilities, including handling the FP&A team and scaling up the functional discipline on timely/ accurate management reporting and development and sustenance of a credible financial analysis model. Provide much needed insights to the Senior Management on business performance and forecasting. Agility in being a trusted partner in the strategic journey of the organization.

Role Responsibilities:

- Drive regular FP&A activities like monthly reporting system, annual budgeting & long term Strategic planning

- Partner with business sales, marketing and manufacturing functions for various strategic initiatives

- Lead and manage the FP&A team to ensure development and sustenance of credible functional streams for Budgeting, Forecasting and Management reporting of business performance

- Create decision support system using cutting edge tools like Power BI

- Provide and play a steering role in scaling up the established cadences with BU, Region and Corporate

- Develop a credible financial analysis and predictive model for our strategic vision and business as usual scenarios

- Launch and sustain metric in form of a functional score card to track and report KPIs

- Be an advisor to BU and Senior Management team on key decisions relating to in market investment and return on investment

- Partner effectively with Business Transformation work tracks throughout the stage gate path to success

- Partner with Revenue Growth Management to implement discipline including Mix improvement and Trade spend optimization

- Leverage deployed technology to bring about step change in functional deliveries

- Invest time as a leader on team developmental aspects through team discussions and feedback; ensuring a firm a development and engagement path for team

- Embrace the Suntory Global Spirit's leadership framework in ways of working and Functional priorities

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Finance, Planning and Analysis function, preferably in alcobev, FMCG, Consumer Goods, strategic consulting

- Qualified Accountant or MBA with major in finance planning from a leading business school

- Experienced in developing tools to enhance reporting and forecasting systems

- Should have handled/ led teams previously

Key Skills, Competencies & Experience:

- Ability to manage Big Data

- Expert with Visual BI/ Dashboards, power pivots, power query

- Strong Communication, team management, stakeholder management skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and reporting tools

- Exemplary planning and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize
