We are seeking a proactive and driven Associate Manager to join our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CSR initiatives with a strong focus on circular economy, sustainability, and community impact. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, engage with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the company s CSR goals and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Program Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor CSR programs focused on sustainability, circular economy, waste management, education, livelihood, and environmental conservation.
Circular Economy Initiatives:
Lead and expand projects related to waste reduction, recycling, upcycling, and resource optimization, fostering partnerships with relevant NGOs, startups, and local communities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with internal departments, NGOs, community leaders, government bodies, and implementation partners to drive program success.
Monitoring Evaluation:
Develop KPIs, impact assessment frameworks, and regular reporting mechanisms to track progress and report outcomes.
Budget Compliance:
Manage project budgets effectively while ensuring compliance with CSR laws (e.g., Companies Act Section 135), internal policies, and sustainability goals.
Communication Reporting:
Create detailed reports, case studies, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders including board reporting and sustainability disclosures.
Innovation Best Practices:
Stay abreast of trends in CSR and sustainability, and introduce innovative practices to enhance project effectiveness and outreach.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Social Work, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related fields.
2-4 years of relevant experience in CSR, sustainability programs, or NGO project management.
Proven track record of managing multiple CSR projects and working with diverse stakeholders.
Deep understanding of circular economy concepts and their practical implementation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team, managing tight deadlines and diverse priorities.
