We are looking for a committed and dynamic Senior Project Associate to support and manage CSR programs, with a particular focus on bio-composting initiatives and multi-project coordination. The role involves working closely with internal teams, NGOs, and local communities to implement impactful sustainability and development projects aligned with the company s CSR goals.
Responsibilities
Program Implementation Coordination:
Support end-to-end execution of CSR projects, including design, planning, implementation, and monitoring especially those related to bio-composting, waste management, and sustainable agriculture.
Bio-Composting Projects:
Assist in the development, promotion, and scaling of bio-composting initiatives in both urban and rural communities. Collaborate with technical experts, vendors, and community partners to drive adoption and impact.
Multiple Project Management:
Manage multiple CSR projects concurrently, ensuring timely execution, alignment with objectives, and measurable outcomes.
Field Operations Community Engagement:
Conduct site visits, coordinate with field staff, and engage community stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and participation.
Monitoring, Evaluation Reporting:
Track project progress using key performance indicators. Compile and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, case studies, and success stories.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with NGOs, government bodies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure collaborative, efficient project execution.
Documentation Compliance:
Ensure all documentation meets company policies and CSR compliance requirements under applicable laws (e.g., Companies Act Section 135).
Innovation Knowledge Sharing:
Contribute to knowledge-sharing platforms and introduce innovative approaches in sustainability, waste reduction, and community-based environmental solutions.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Social Work, Sustainability, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in CSR, community development, or environmental sustainability projects.
Hands-on experience or strong understanding of bio-composting processes and organic waste management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work with diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
