Manager Programs - CSR and Education

The Manager Programs - CSR & Education will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing educational projects that align with Bharatcares CSR strategies. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling educational projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, an understanding of the educational sector, and a passion for driving social impact.

Responsibilities

Program Development and Management:

• Design and implement educational programs that align with the organizations CSR objectives.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Ensure programs meet established goals and objectives within the defined timelines and budgets.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including corporate partners, educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation and sustainability.

• Act as a liaison between Bharatcares and stakeholders to communicate program progress and outcomes.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of educational programs.

• Collect, analyze, and report on program data to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators and volunteers.

• Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team effectively executes program activities.

• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Resource Management:

• Manage program budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization.

• Identify and secure funding opportunities to support program expansion and sustainability.

• Communication and Reporting:

• Develop and disseminate communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, and social media content, to promote program achievements.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for internal and external audiences.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Master s degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing educational projects.

• Proven experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
