Sr. Program Associate-Education and Sustainability

BharatCares is seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Program Associate for Education and Sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing education programs through CSR or philanthropic funding. The role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Program Implementation:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of education and sustainability programs.

• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, partners, and donors.

Training and Capacity Building:

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to build the capacity of program participants.

• Develop training materials and curricula in line with program objectives.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of program activities and participants.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress and outcomes.

• Analyze data to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

• Represent BharatCares at meetings, events, and conferences related to education and sustainability.

Travel:

• Travel as required to various program locations for implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing education programs through CSR or philanthropic funding.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Experience working in the social sector or non-profit organizations.

• Knowledge of local education and sustainability ecosystems.

• Bachelors degree in Education, Environmental Studies, Social Work, or a related field.
