Associate Manager - CSR

haratCares is looking for a committed and experienced Associate Manager for our CSR and Nature-Based Solutions projects in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in agriculture, environmental science, climate studies, or related fields, with significant on-field experience and a passion for community engagement and sustainable development.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CSR projects focused on nature-based solutions, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.

• F ield Operations: Conduct extensive fieldwork, including site assessments, community interactions, and project execution in various locations.

• C ommunity Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities, providing education and support for sustainable agricultural and environmental practices.

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to project activities, outcomes, and community impact, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.

• Training and Capacity Building: Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for community members and project staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in sustainable practices and nature-based solutions.

• Sustainability Practices: Implement and promote sustainable practices within communities, focusing on agriculture, waste management, and environmental conservation.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with local authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and community involvement.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Education: Master s or Bachelor s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Climate Studies, Nature Conservation, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of on-field experience in agriculture, environmental management, climate solutions, or related projects.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of nature-based solutions, sustainable agriculture, and environmental conservation practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Marathi and English.

• Ability to manage extensive fieldwork and community engagement.

• Proficient in using a laptop for data collection, reporting, and communication.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Must have a personal laptop.

• Willingness to engage in extensive fieldwork and travel.
