Assistant - Central Examinations

Assistant- Central Examinations will have below responsibilities:

• Uploading Question Papers to the exam software.
• Maintaining and updating the Exam Schedule Tracker.
• Assisting the team with the exam process, including proof-reading of question papers.
• Coordinating the re-evaluation process with students, faculty, and accounts.
• Confirming and informing all invigilator details for exams.
• Providing access to evaluators for their respective papers.
• Maintaining the absenteeism file for daily exams.
• Monitoring and recording all issues encountered during exams.
• Mailing and releasing the answer key to participants.
• Preparing attendance sheets and seating plans for examinations.
• Backing up examination data.
• Sharing consolidated exam schedules for room bookings.
• Attending to queries in class during exams.
• Maintaining evaluation records to track the release of marks.
• Maintaining evaluation backup files.
• Coordinating with Programme Offices/RAs on a daily basis.
• Handling all activities related to the examination software.
• Monitoring the consolidation of exam schedules across various programmes.
• Performing any other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Education :

Graduate in any discipline

Experience :

Proven work experience of at least 3 years in an academic setup; experience in handling the examinations related work will be an add on.

Capabilities required :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with a focus on task prioritization.
• Quick adaptation to working with various online software platforms.

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office
