About the role

This position is within the Airtel Finance business division under Airtel Digital Limited. Airtel Finance is creating new age digital financial products to solve for credit related needs of 350Mn + Airtel customers. Airtel Finance has already launched personal loans with leading banks and NBFCs, and Co-Branded credit card with Axis Bank.

As a Growth Manager, you would be required to own multiple top of the funnel sourcing channels for Airtel Finance and work towards optimizing and scaling the channels. You would be required to bring in ideas and growth hacks to further develop the channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage campaigns over channels like Thanks App, SMS, Whatsapp, Push notification
2. Drive top of the funnel and thereby the resulting business through the assigned channels
3. Work cross functionally with teams cutting across product, marketing, analytics, brand to optimize for channel efficiency
4. Device strategies to cross market different financial products to the same set of users
5. Day to day monitoring of the channel performance
6. Regular consumer interactions to know the pulse of the user

Must haves

1. Bachelor's degree in any domain
2. Comfortable dealing with numbers, data, ratios, percentages on a day to day basis
3. Good skills with MS Excel
4. Past experience of campaign management, growth roles
