Salary Range: 22K-28K NTH PM

• Job Overview:

1. Recruitment and Selection: HR Executives often participate in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers.

2. Onboarding and Orientation: They coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and information to integrate smoothly into the organization.

3. Training and Development: HR Executives may identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to help employees organizational HR policies understand.

4. HR Administration: HR Executives handle various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR databases and systems.

` Experience & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or MBA degree in human resources, or related field.
• Freshers and Minimum 1 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
