Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Assist in the daily operations of the company, including fleet management, maintenance, and
logistics coordination.
● Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on electric two-wheelers to ensure
they are in optimal condition for rental.
● Provide excellent customer service to users, including assisting with rental inquiries,
resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
● Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and pickup of vehicles at
designated locations.
● Assist in managing inventory levels, including tracking vehicle availability and coordinating
replenishment as needed.
● Collaborate with other departments such as customer support and technical teams to
address customer concerns and technical issues promptly.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization at rental locations to enhance the customer
experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
● Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-
making.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
across departments and levels of the organization.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
● Strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
● Basic knowledge of electric vehicles and/or mechanical aptitude is a plus.
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
