Risk & Compliance Manager - Artificial Intelligence (10-17 yrs)

Job Description :

- 10-15 years of proven work experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or a related technology field.

- In-depth knowledge of AI-related laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

- Manage the implementation of AI Governance and Compliance platforms for proper oversight and accountability in AI initiatives.

- Ensure all AI projects comply with relevant local and international laws and regulations, coordinating with legal and compliance teams to navigate the complex regulatory landscape.

- Collaborate with AI risk management teams to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, including algorithmic bias, data privacy issues, and unintended consequences of AI deployment.

- Guide the AI Governance Board and related entities in developing and refining cross-functional AI policies, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization's ethical standards and business goals.

- Keep abreast of evolving AI technologies, legal requirements, and ethical considerations to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of responsible AI innovation.

- Provide strategic guidance on addressing AI-related risks, advising on best practices for mitigating algorithmic bias, ensuring data privacy, and managing the societal impacts of AI.
