Telesales Role - Outbound Process (0-3 yrs)

Candidate Requirement :

- Freshers or Experience (1-3 years in Telecalling B2C sales i.e Banking/Insurance/IT sales Outbound process)

- Must Know Tamil Language (Fluent) & English as well.

- Open for 6 days working with Rotational Shifts

- Work time : 10 AM to 8 PM

- Work from Office - Bellandur, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

- Sales Conversion & Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.

- Share feedback from customers to improve products and services.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
