Title : TLM Developer

Location : Pune/ Bangalore

Educational Background : Bachelors/Professional Degree

Skills Required :

- Proficiency in TLM Premium 2506 and 3.x Reconciliation Tool.

- Experience in configuring and customizing TLM for various reconciliation processes.

- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL.

- Experience with Oracle 12c (preferred).

- Operating System and Scripting

- Proficiency in UNIX Shell scripting.

- Ability to consume, understand, and review complex technical specifications and JIRA stories.

Nice to Haves :

- Java programming experience.

- Experience with messaging systems (MQ, Kafka, Solace).

- Experience with Crystal and Business Objects (BO) Reporting.

- Experience with ETL tools, specifically Datastage.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with multiple application teams and business partners globally.

- Consume, understand, and review complex technical specifications and JIRA stories.

- Create detailed design documents based on inputs from architects and lead developers.

- Build reusable and sustainable code modules while minimizing technical bugs.

- Assist support teams in understanding created modules.

- Document support procedures where necessary.

- Follow coding standard and best practices.

- Conduct code review and unit testing.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-7 years of experience as a TLM Developer.

- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
