About the Job :

- As an EBS Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Oracle EBS AMS (Application Management Services) engagements.

- You will oversee all project phases, from initial planning and execution to successful delivery and closure.

- You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing resources and budgets effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions within the AMS framework.

- A strong understanding of Support KPIs, SLAs, and ITIL processes is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Managing Oracle EBS support projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.

- Ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times are consistently met.

- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), value-added initiatives, ticket reduction strategies, and automation efforts.

- Managing, motivating, and leading project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Monitoring and tracking team productivity, implementing strategies to ensure year-on-year productivity increases.

- Managing team shifts and creating effective rostering schedules to ensure adequate support coverage.

- Providing mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development.

- Serving as the primary point of contact for both external (client) and internal communications, ensuring clear and effective information flow.

- Ensuring that all project deliverables meet or exceed quality expectations, adhering to established quality assurance processes.

- Leveraging prior experience in project management and software support/development/implementation to drive project success.

Skills Required :

Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in managing Oracle EBS projects.

Additional Requirements :

- Excellent people management skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.

- Strong knowledge of global IT systems and infrastructure, with a broad understanding of enterprise IT environments.

- Extensive client-facing experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- In-depth knowledge of the domain industry and the relevant business environment, with the ability to understand client needs and challenges.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify and address complex issues effectively
