Job Description :

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and deploying robust Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Force.com platform, acting as both a functional and technical architect on enterprise-level implementations. This role requires hands-on development, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to navigate clients through complex projects from conception to go-live using agile and design thinking methodologies. You will be responsible for building customized solutions, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and ensuring the stability and scalability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Design & Development : Work extensively with Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Force.com platform in application design, architecture, and development.

- Workstream Leadership : Lead and manage technical workstreams on enterprise-level Salesforce implementations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

- Functional & Technical Architecture : Act as both a functional and technical architect for Salesforce deployments, translating business requirements into technical solutions and guiding implementation.

- Web Services & Integration : Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations with external systems using web services (SOAP/REST) and related technologies (XML/JSON).

- System Integration : Possess a strong working knowledge of system integration patterns and best practices, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

- Salesforce Lightning Expertise : Demonstrate hands-on experience in the Salesforce Lightning environment, including Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Design System.

- Custom Component Development & Debugging : Debug and resolve issues related to custom Salesforce components, including integration components for SFDC, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callouts, and outbound messaging.

- End-to-End Implementation Consulting : Act as an end-to-end implementation consultant for clients, guiding them through the entire project lifecycle leveraging design thinking principles and agile methodologies.

- Sales Support : Provide technical sales support as needed, including acting as a subject matter expert during client discussions and potentially configuring systems for client demos with quick turnaround time.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product center of excellence teams, product development teams, QA, and business stakeholders.

- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting : Exhibit strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment in complex situations.

- Best Practices & Code Quality : Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and maintain high code quality through reviews and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or the Force.com platform in application design, architecture, and development.

- Demonstrated experience leading or managing a workstream on enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.

- Ability to act as both a functional and technical architect for Salesforce deployments.

- Strong experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and related technologies (XML/JSON).

- Working knowledge of system integration principles and patterns.

- Hands-on experience in the Salesforce Lightning environment (Lightning Components, App Builder, etc.

- Expertise in debugging and resolving issues related to custom components, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callouts, and outbound messaging.

- Experience acting as an end-to-end implementation consultant, leveraging design thinking and agile techniques.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

- Experience providing sales support, including acting as a subject matter expert and configuring systems for client demos.

- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product center of excellence and product development teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect).

- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud).

- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS for advanced UI customization.

- Knowledge of Apex testing frameworks and best practices.

- Experience with data migration strategies and tools
