Job Description

Lead Generation:
  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects and key decision-makers.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM, industry databases) to source new leads.
  • Execute outbound lead generation activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
Prospect Qualification:
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and fit with our solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to determine their readiness for further engagement.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
CRM Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead information in the CRM system.
  • Track and manage lead progress through the sales pipeline.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company goals.
  • Provide feedback and insights from lead generation activities to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking:
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling messages to engage prospects.
Sales Acumen:
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Motivation and Initiative:
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proactive in seeking out new lead generation opportunities.
Organizational Skills:
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining CRM records and preparing reports.
Technology Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing platforms and social media for outreach.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market in which the company operates.
