Assistant Vice President - Alternatives Reporting (9-12 yrs)

Qualifications:

- Good understanding of Performance Reporting concepts like TWRR, IRR and other risk metrics. Experience in calculating IRRs using cash flows and perform fund analytics such as attribution and contribution analysis.

- Good to have in-depth knowledge of various asset classes, fund structures and limited partnership agreements.

- Ability to analyse fund performance for various alternative assets like private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and infrastructure debt for reports.

- Prior experience working on investor reports for alternative asset class instruments.

Other:

- The ideal candidate should have more than 12 yrs experience working with stakeholders and be able to meet challenging needs of evolving Alternatives business

- Should have some experience in project management along with CFA/CAIA certification or working towards CFA/CAIA certification.

Impact on the Business/Function:

- The Alternatives Reporting team performs the critical function of calculating the performance metrics and preparing investor reports for various asset classes like Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure Debt, and Real Estate.

- Responsible for working with various internal teams, third-party administrators, and external investment managers in order to produce accurate syndicate and mandate reports for alternative investment vehicles funds like Private Equity, Infrastructure Debt, Direct Real Estate syndicates etc.

- Monitor investment performance and conduct periodic valuation analysis.

- Capturing fund valuation data such as investment cost, realized/unrealized value, and other key parameters of private investments along with developing strong understanding of Alternative investments operations and processes.

Leadership & Teamwork:

- Leadership team involves Head of Alternatives Reporting who will foresee that the deliverables are being met with the appropriate quality parameters.
