- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate stock.

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify recurring customer issues and propose process improvements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Streamline existing processes and develop new procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
