Job Description Engage with customers through email and calls , who need Forex products. Details of those prospective customers would be provided. One just has to connect take it ahead. Understanding the requirement acting like a consultant to the customers offering them best recommended services and solutions. Assist customers seeking foreign exchange / remittances throughout the transaction in coordination with our Vendors / Branches or partnering banks. Customer Relationship Management. Our customers who transact once with BookMyForex just delighted by our services. And if you are with us , your role is to ensure that they are delighted and are happy with the Products provided to them. Desired Skills A graduate preferably with 1 - 4 years of experience in customer support (financial / e - commerce domains will be preferred) Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship building skills. Excellent Written Verbal Communication Skills. Intelligent , articulate , high - energy , and self - motivated Disciplined , enthusiastic , and intent focus on attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast - paced organization.
