Job Title : Lead Talent Acquisition
Purpose of the Role :
- Strategic Hiring: Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple departments, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of TA professionals; provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and build strategic workforce plans.
- Sourcing Excellence: Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and reduce time-to-fill.
- Employer Branding: Drive employer brand initiatives, social media presence, and talent marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use metrics and analytics to track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve processes.
- Technology & Tools: Optimize use of ATS and other HR tech platforms for effective candidate tracking and reporting.
- Compliance & DEI: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, labor laws, and champion diversity, equity & inclusion in hiring.
