We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Network and Security Manager to join Brigade Group, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of robust network infrastructures and network security.
Office location : World Trade Center, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore
Work days : Monday to Saturday (Second and Fourth Saturdays off)
Mode of working : Onsite (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities :
- Design to Build, and operate technologies such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDWAN, NAC, QOS, Network Security and Application Delivery, Network monitoring though network management platform and maintain business SLA, Planning disaster recover & high availability.
- Be a key constituent and team member for support and deployment of applications such as VOIP, IP Telephony, IOT Enabled infrastructure, Surveillance, & analytics, Co-Workspace, and workspace technologies across South & West + smart townships design & build.
- Oversee and participate in the design of architectural components, and the integration and migration of existing and planned platforms.
- Review and evaluate vendor performance against network and system development contracts and agreements.
- Perform all facets of project management, including cost/benefit comparisons, workload management (project, support, and maintenance), project prioritization, scheduling, resource allocation, and assignment of delivery dates.
- Submit yearly departmental and expansion capital and expense budgeting.
- Oversees data & voice network infrastructure support and supports engineering initiatives.
- Assist other IT groups in addressing gaps in adherence to network & Cloud security infrastructure, policies, mitigation, and standards.
- Analyse and present monthly results, providing explanations to key variances to various levels of management in the Operations and Finance
- Lead audit participation and response on behalf of the Operations & Engineering network group, including tracking and resolution of issues.
- Strong Trouble shooting, & Network administration skills, Maintain Standards, Build SOPS, create design Documents, Address Day to day functions, Liaison with Business and address the concerns, provide solution engineering, optimize operation costs.
- Implementation / Administration of SAS based Cloud security / Firewall technologies / Load balancer / WAF.
- Knowledge and hands on experience on Cloud Services (AWS / Azure) is a plus.
- Take initiative where necessary to help ensure high quality and service to our customers.
- Shares best practice information with assigned providers/systems of care to strengthen quality of the network.
- Comprehensive understanding for all infrastructure components including but not limited to servers,
storage, databases, management, and monitoring technologies.
- Experience in managing a network and associated security requirements in an Infrastructure-as-a-Service environment.
- Experience in driving mission critical environment in 24x7 operations.
Certifications :
Certifications required by the position: CCIE Network & Switching, CCIE Security, Leading Firewall Certification and deployment in large enterprise, SDWAN / Cisco Meraki, AWS, Fortinet / Palo alto /Fortinet FW certification. Wireless engineering / Data centre design & build.
Education : Bachelor's / master's degree / Electronics &, Engineering | Information Technology.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10+ years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide network platform, SDWAN Infra / LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, firewall, load balancer, virtualization, IDS/IPS, VoIP and routing protocol.
- Willing to work under pressure, good team player and self-starter to work with minimum supervision.
- Holder of professional certifications such as CCIE routing switching & Security, + leading firewall certifications.
- Experience with architecting IP networks in a network design, development, or operational environment.
- Experience with leading a team in the installation, configuration, and teardown of networks.
- Establishing policies and procedures for an organization's computing needs
- Implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Well versed with technology like Latest technology and trends.
- Build long term relationships with partners for IT related products and services.

- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
