Job Description
- Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets
- Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders
- Maintenance of daily records and reporting to contractor and client
- Check and review the plans and specifications for the proper execution and quality implementation at job site
- Inspecting works in progress or at completion for final compliance and quality assurance grading
- Monitoring and inspecting the work of sub-contractors and other third parties
- Ensuring that all engineering activities are correctly costed and the complete design is delivered to the agreed budget
- Estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labour to determine project feasibility
- Scheduling material and equipment purchase and delivery
