Housekeeping Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily housekeeping activities at the facility
• Creating and assigning shifts to the housekeeping staff
• Training and motivating the housekeeping staff
• Inspecting rooms and common areas for cleanliness and sanitation
• Providing customer service and handling complaints
• Managing inventory and equipment for the housekeeping department
• Enforcing housekeeping policies and standards
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have worked in Hotel / Restaurants
• Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipments and products
• Excellent organizational and team management skills

Any Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or any Graduate with relevant experience.
