Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product analyst or similar roles, with a focus on digital communication tools
- Strong knowledge of digital composition tools, especially those used for email communications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Understanding of email marketing best practices and industry standards
- Experience with content management systems or digital experience platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed team
- Experience with print composition tools
- Familiarity with the financial services industry and related regulatory processes for communications
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles for digital communications
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, CSM)
