Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coupa Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Coupa's suite of applications and have a proven track record of successful Coupa implementations and support. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring optimal utilization of the Coupa platform.
Responsibilities :
Coupa Implementation and Rollout :
- Lead or participate in Coupa implementation and rollout projects as a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to design and configure Coupa solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support.
Coupa Configuration and Integration :
- Hands-on configuration of various Coupa modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, Expenses, etc.
- Design and implement Coupa integrations with ERP systems, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Solution Architecting and Design :
- Architect and design comprehensive Coupa solutions to address complex business requirements.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for Coupa implementation and utilization.
- Develop and present solution proposals to clients.
Application Support and Maintenance :
- Provide ongoing application support and maintenance for Coupa systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to ITIL framework for support-related activities.
- Resolve user issues and provide training.
Business Process Expertise :
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Provide expert guidance on procurement best practices.
- Translate business requirements into effective Coupa solutions.
Client Communication and Collaboration :
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and issues.
Required Technical Skill Set :
- Coupa Certified Professional.
- Minimum 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in Coupa technology.
- Proven experience working on at least one Coupa implementation/rollout project.
- In-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework for support.
- Sound knowledge of Coupa modules with implementation/application support experience.
- Significant experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Sound business knowledge in the procurement area.
- Experience in solution architecting and designing Coupa integrations with ERP/middleware/3rd party applications.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Coupa modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, Expenses, etc.).
- Experience in Coupa integration setup.
