About Cafe Coffee Day :
Cafe Coffee Day is India's largest Cafe chain in terms of the number of Cafe outlets with more than 460 Cafees across the country.
CCD, as it is popularly called, opened its first Cafe in Bengaluru in 1996 and has pioneered the coffee culture in the chained Cafe segment in India by bringing in a range of delectable food and beverage products served in a contemporary, youthful ambience, and offering a variety of novel experiences all with a promise of "A lot can happen over coffee!".
CCD operates through Coffee Day Global Limited (CDGL), a subsidiary of Coffee Day Enterprises Limited.
CDGL is arguably India's largest coffee retail conglomerate with leadership position also in the automated beverage dispensing solutions under the brand name Coffee Day Beverages with distribution across more than 1330+ towns and cities across India.
CDGL also operates a network of 280+ refreshment kiosks offering affordable food and beverages for on-the-go customers under the Coffee Day Xpress brand name.
Job Description :
- Ancillary revenue through Cafe Space Selling / Marketing Partnership /alliance with varied brands, across different industries.
- New clients/ companies and generating business revenue through mutually benefiting association.
- Existing clients/business and grow business through them.
- New concepts for association / partnership.
- Out all companies towards marketing and promotion to develop a client pipeline and accordingly develop revenue.
- Contracts with clients and execute the store level terms through other stake holders.
- To time analyze and prepare case study to monitor alliance performance for partner brand.
- Interpretation of contract terms and communicate contract details with management and manage schedules and deadlines specified in the contract.
- Maintain alliance with strategic partners and develop sales strategy / product innovation strategy at CCD / CDX level.
- With different functions (Operation, Finance, IT, Audit, Supply chain, Legal, F&B & Marketing for agreement signing and execution of the association.
- Implement business plans budgeted for the whole year.
- Partnership performance report and modify plans.
- Partners product performance in and research for new trends.
Skills:.
- Experience in a similar role which involves alliances /marketing campaign idea selling / OOH sales / Space selling / and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- Working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
- Communication & interpersonal skills, sense of ethics and integrity .
- The ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- MS-excel & PowerPoint.
