Process Excellence Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically sound and proactive Process Excellence Manager to join our CMD Office. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the footwear industry and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. This role requires effective coordination, process monitoring, and driving continuous improvement across departments to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end process efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing gaps, and implementing structured improvements across production, quality, planning, and R&D functions.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, process controls, and defined quality standards across various manufacturing lines.
• Monitor critical process parameters, such as material flow, takt time, machine utilization, and first-pass yield; escalate deviations to concerned stakeholders.
• Coordinate and track plant-level initiatives, productivity KPIs, and continuous improvement actions, ensuring alignment with CMD Office directives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional processes and initiatives.
• Support and streamline cross-functional collaboration, cost optimization projects, and pilot trials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, dashboards, MIS reports, and project trackers for leadership review.
• Conduct periodic root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and follow up on closures.

What We're Looking For:

• Mandatory experience in the footwear industry, with solid technical exposure to manufacturing workflows, machines, materials, and QC protocols.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing metrics, process audits, and operational excellence tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent skills in data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and relevant reporting tools.
