Should be strong in writing & oral skills & should be able to converse well in Hindi.
Required Experience: Should have 4+ years of experience in Customer Service related role and should have good communication skills.
Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
Experience in Payments Industry / Process will be an added advantage.
