Job Description
Role Description
- The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and achieving revenue and retention targets.
- Managing GMC, GPA and Wellness through Channel partners & Agents.
- The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Analytical Skills & Business Planning
- Account Management, SME Agents & Key Accounts
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
