Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Ensuring the hiring in defined TAT as per manpower plan/JD
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases, portals, and social media.
  • Execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates for frontline sales
  • Coordinating the interview schedule/drives, maintaining a candidate database
  • Manage documentation & onboarding process.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Good communication skill
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Knowledge of sourcing through Naukri and other free job portals
  • Knowledge of Head Hunting through various Social Media
  • Knowledge of hiring for BFSI, Insurance ( Health & Life ), Broking will be added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Excel
