Salesforce Solution Architect - Apex/Visual Force (10-11 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Salesforce-based solutions that meet business requirements and drive organizational growth.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation, with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring they align with business goals, scalability, and best practices.

- Develop end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, including integrations, security, data modeling, automation, and process flows.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the design is efficient, sustainable, and maintainable.

- Architect solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Classic, and other Salesforce clouds (e., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) as needed.

- Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while meeting business objectives.

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to understand and clarify requirements, and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide direction and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure best practices are followed.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications (e., ERP systems, third-party applications, etc.) using Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, ETL tools, and middleware solutions.

- Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring data is moved accurately from legacy systems to Salesforce with proper validation and cleansing.

- Customize Salesforce using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and Process Builder to meet complex business requirements.

- Automate business processes and workflows using Salesforce automation tools, ensuring increased efficiency and productivity.

- Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across the team.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security guidelines, data governance, and privacy regulations (e., GDPR).

- Conduct regular code reviews, architecture reviews, and other governance activities to ensure the quality and maintainability of the solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.

- Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Process Builder, Flow, and SOQL.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and ETL processes.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to design scalable, secure, and performant solutions.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, permission sets, field-level security, and sharing rules.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and participating in Scrum teams.

- Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience leading and mentoring Salesforce teams (developers, admins, and analysts).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e., Salesforce DX, Jenkins).

- Knowledge of Salesforce Mobile app development and Salesforce Field Service solutions.

- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms for integrating Salesforce with enterprise cloud environments.

- Experience working in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus
