Job Description
- Responsible for Air & Sea Import & Export Customer Service Desk
- Handling Corporate Key Accounts - Quotations, Booking, shipment planning, and liaising/update of shipments
- Co-ordinating with Various Overseas agents, Local Carriers, Vendors - CFS / CHA, Shipping Line
- Sending Pre - alerts, Monitoring Manifestation & Coordinate BL release process
- Inter-department coordination with Pricing desk, Documentation Desk, Accounts Desk for billing & payment releases to vendors for Timely DO & BL release
- Updating Import / Export Job Data in our in-house software
- Maintaining & updating MIS reports for Customers & Management
- Knowledge of Sea & Air Imports & Exports Candidates from a Logistic Background will be preferred
- Minimum Graduate
IT & Language Proficiency
- MS office (Word & Excel)
- Language Proficiency English, Marathi and Hindi
