Position Overview:

The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our business, including day-to-day operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance operational efficiency with strategic insight to ensure financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, laws, and regulations.

- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize financial performance.

- Develop and manage the annual budget process, including forecasting and variance analysis.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.

- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.

- Evaluate and advise on financial implications of strategic initiatives and business decisions

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

- Leverage technology and tools to streamline financial operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or CA is preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior financial management role, with a track record of success in financial operations, budgeting, and strategic planning.

- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
