Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
2. Brand Management:
- Oversee all brand-building initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
- Ensure a strong brand presence across all channels, both online and offline.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Optimize online presence to increase web traffic and customer engagement.
4. Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.
5. Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster collaboration with other departments, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure alignment on objectives.
6. Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the success of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
7. Partnerships and PR:
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Oversee public relations efforts to enhance company reputation.
8. Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer behaviour to innovate marketing strategies.
- Test and implement new marketing tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA
Experience: 10-12 years of marketing experience, in the fintech or financial services industry and Event Management
- Proven track record of scaling user bases, launching products, and achieving growth metrics in the fintech space.
Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends in the fintech sector.
Preferred: Experience with SaaS products, payment platforms, or Marketing technologies is a plus.
