Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an investor relations strategy that aligns with LEO1's overall business goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate LEO1's financial performance, business strategy, and market opportunities through presentations, press releases, and other materials. - Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows to enhance visibility and investor understanding of LEO1.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and distribute quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and other financial disclosures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Run investor coverage for all primary and secondary opportunities for fundraising requirements via bonds.
- Identify investors, originate fundraising processes from various investors, and onboard them.
- Drive legal negotiation/documentation with funding counterparties alongside counsel. - Run the marketing process for individual deals on the platform and more holistically for the company from a capital market perspective by creating investor artifacts, engaging in webinars, investor events, etc.
- Manage existing and potential investor relationships to increase activity on the platform.
- Partner cross-functionally with our Product, Legal, and Risk teams to design products specific to situations, understand the credit profile of clients to pitch bespoke deals to investors, close deals, and optimize tactics as it relates to capital markets.
- Expand sale propositions via onboarding investors for their portfolio management and risk analysis needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields, preferably in the Edu-Tech or Fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- Experience in preparing investor presentations, financial reports, and other investor communications.
- Proven track record in running fundraising processes, including legal negotiation and documentation.
- Experience in capital markets marketing, including creating investor artifacts and organizing events.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and understand credit profiles to pitch bespoke
