Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities :

What You wll Do:

✔ Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail module implementations.

✔ Hands on experience on Subject Matter Expert

✔ Hands on apparel industry from US
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and Fit-Gap analysis.
✔ Create functional design documents (FRDs) and user stories.
✔ Drive UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live support.
✔ Optimize apparel manufacturing processes (BOM, Costing, Order to Cash, Procurement to Pay).
✔ Work with technical teams on customizations and reporting (Power BI, SSRS).
✔ Act as a bridge between business and IT for seamless ERP adoption.

Preferred candidate profile :

✅ 15+ years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail
✅ 6+ years in the apparel/garment manufacturing industry (mandatory).
✅ Strong knowledge of ERP processes in Retail, fashion/textile manufacturing.
✅ Experience in FRD preparation, UAT, data migration, and training.
✅ Familiarity with DevOps, Jira, or Power BI is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
✅ Microsoft certification (e.g., MB-310) is an advantage.

Nice-to-Have:

🌟 Experience with in-house apparel ERPs (e.g., TRENDS, GERP).
🌟 Knowledge of ERP integration with eCommerce or PLM systems.
