Role & responsibilities

JOB CONTENT

Responsible for pouring plan, material plan, continuous monitoring and OTD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Releasing the Weekly and Daily Plan for Production and Despatch plan as per Master Plan in line with Capacity Guidelines drawn for various Streams & Equipment
• Updating the On-time Delivery Status of Line Items Planned, Completed & pending as on Date. Interface with respective Departments to get corrective Action to improve OTD and effect changes in the Planning
• Prepare the Consumables and Raw Material requirement for the month based on month master plan with the break down to week plan for Material Planning.
• Interacting with purchase for Material Procurement in line with the material Plan.
• Monitoring the Hit Rate against the Daily and Weekly Plan for escalation for timely completion Attend Customer Review Meetings with Planning Department
• Monitoring and adherence to maximize utilization of equipment
