Finance Controller (20-25 yrs)

We are looking for an accomplished Head Financial Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, a proven ability to manage financial teams, and expertise in financial reporting, audits, taxation, and compliance. This role requires strategic financial oversight to support business objectives while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Receivable:

- Oversee and manage accounts receivable processes.

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.

- Develop and implement strategies to minimize receivables aging.

2. Accounts Payable:

- Supervise accounts payable processes and ensure timely vendor payments.

- Monitor expenses to maintain cost efficiency.

- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

3. General Ledger Management:

- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the general ledger.

- Ensure proper recording of financial transactions.

- Conduct regular reconciliations and financial reviews.

4. Management Information Systems (MIS) Reporting:

- Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.

- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in financial reporting.

- Provide insights and analysis to aid strategic decision-making.

5. Audit & Internal Financial Controls (IFC):

- Coordinate internal and external audits.

- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls.

- Implement and monitor corrective actions based on audit recommendations.

6. Payroll Compliance:

- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Manage employee compensation and benefits.

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements.

7. Taxation (Direct & Indirect):

Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance.

Ensure timely filing of tax returns and payments.

Stay updated on tax laws and regulatory changes.
