Job Description

- Ideate and build data products that drive value for internal and external customers
- Write quality code that meets product requirements for functionality, SLA and scale
- Partnering in designing and architecting production grade and scalable data products
- Support and collaborate with the Product Owner in managing stakeholder communications, evangelizing the adoption of the team s data products, manage dependencies, risks, and delivery roadblocks
- Partner with a talented cross functional data product Team of Data Scientist, AI Engineers and Analysts
- Collaborate with the team on backlog refinement, OKRs definition and medium to long-term roadmap
- Build production grade data products using technologies such as Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, Databricks (Spark), Fivetran, Looker and more
- Work on data pipelines and model deployments for innovative AI/GenAI innovations
- Work directly with Analysts, Data Scientists, AI engineers, Product Owners and Business Experts in a cross functional, agile, product development team
- Integrate data products with Vistaprint s suite of microservices for use in analytic solutions and customer facing features on our website or marketing channels
- Provide feedback for new features to the Vistaprint Data Platform team
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Coding mastery in at least one modern programming language: Python (preferred), Java, Scala etc
- Strong skills in SQL, Spark, DBT and Airflow
- Strong knowledge in production standards such as versioning, CI/CD, data quality, documentation, automation, etc
- Strong knowledge on MLOps
- Proficiency with cloud services in AWS (Preferred), Azure or Google
- Experience with API s and microservices development and consumption
- Good skills in data modeling and system design
- Experience handling large volume data as we'll as both structured/unstructured data of various quality
- Problem solving and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
- 5+ years in a similar role
- Experience with dataviz and dashboarding tools, especially Looker
- Relevant work in agile environment
