Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)
  • Lead the team of 4-5 team members, coordinate with the team members and client.
  • Relevant Experience with SAP ECC FICO, A/P Standard costing, A/R & COPA processes.
  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP FICO module, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
  • Good understanding of IDocs, EDI, and batch job monitoring Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests related to FICO processes. Monitor and resolve issues in FICO cycle.
