Clyptus - SAP GTS Functional Expert (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced SAP GTS Functional Expert to join our team! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP GTS Functional Expert to join our dynamic team.

This role will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and supporting our SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) environment, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our international trade operations. If you possess a deep understanding of SAP GTS, particularly version 11.0, and have experience with related modules and integrations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP GTS Solution Design & Implementation :

- Design, configure, test, and implement SAP GTS solutions to meet business requirements.

- Provide expert-level support for SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk

Management.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS with existing SAP ECC environments.

Troubleshooting and Support :

- Perform troubleshooting and resolve complex issues related to SAP GTS functionalities.

- Provide ongoing sustaining support and maintenance for the SAP GTS system.

- Document and track support activities and resolutions.

Integration Management :

- Manage and optimize integrations between SAP GTS and external systems, including OCR Ease, Custom Brokers, and AES (Automated Export System).

- Work with multiple SAP ECC environments to ensure consistent and accurate data flow.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with customers, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users.

Required Expertise :

SAP GTS Proficiency :

- Strong experience in SAP GTS (Global Trade Services), particularly version 11.

- Experience with SAP GTS on E4H is highly desired.

- Deep understanding of Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management modules.

SAP SD Integration :

- Proficiency in Sales & Distribution (SD) Pricing Procedures.

- Experience configuring special business processes like Third-party, Intercompany, and Consignment sales.

- Deep understanding of core SD concepts, including :

1. Customer/product hierarchy.

2. Variant configuration.

3. Pricing.

4. Partner determination.

5. Material determination.

6. Listing & exclusions.

7. Text determination.

8. Output types.

9. Rebate processing.

10. OTC (Order-to-Cash) cycle.

Technical Skills :

- Strong configuration experience.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP GTS certification.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA GTS.

- Experience with global trade regulations and compliance.

- Experience in project management
