Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and empower a team of operations personnel to achieve their full potential and deliver high-quality results.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, continuous improvement, and - professional growth of your team members.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensure accountability, and provide constructive performance feedback.
Customer Focus & Satisfaction:
- Champion a customer-centric approach within your team, prioritizing customer satisfaction in all operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service delivery, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of your assigned operations area, ensuring smooth workflow, operational efficiency, and adherence to established protocols.
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to streamline operations and optimize performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and potential areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven solutions and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's in Business Administration (MBA) preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within operations, preferably in the Banking/Financial Services industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc. ) a plus
