UI/UX Designer - Figma/Adobe XD (2-5 yrs)

Experience : 2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Responsibilities :

- Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.

- Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices to continually improve design processes and outputs.

- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members to achieve the best user experience.

Skills :

- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Experience in designing responsive and adaptive interfaces for various devices.

- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and UI patterns.

- Ability to create user flows, personas, and journey maps to inform design decisions.

- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.

- Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies.

- Knowledge of animation and motion design principles.

- Experience working in agile development environments.
