Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: Mid-day Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Here's what you'll do:

Internal Recruiter for IT services

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Manage contractors/C2H/staffing agencies to source contract staff on a permanent basis.
  
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding recruitment progress.
• Must have experience in IT services requirements.
