We're seeking a dedicated Delivery Lead/Account Manager to join our team.

Heres what you'll do:

• Balance individual tasks with team leadership responsibilities.
• Contribute individually while managing a team of 4-5 members.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare clients.
• Understand and meet client staffing needs with tailored solutions.
• Oversee delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for top healthcare talent.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client satisfaction.
• Address and resolve client issues or concerns swiftly.
• Mentor and train team members for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• Any graduates with team handling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work comfortably in night shifts to accommodate the US time zone.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn about the US IT staffing industry.
• Ability to work comfortably in 6:00PM to 3:00 AM IST shift from office.
