Position Overview :

We are seeking a Fullstack Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Microservices to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications and platforms using cutting-edge cloud technologies. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and services on Azure Cloud, utilizing services such as Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL, and others.

- Develop scalable, resilient, and secure microservices to support our platform, using modern frameworks and technologies.

- Work with Python to develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud-based applications.

- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

- Contribute to infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or other CI/CD pipelines.

- Optimize performance of both frontend and backend applications for scalability and responsiveness.

- Leverage Azure Databricks for data engineering tasks, including data processing, analytics, and machine learning integration.

- Manage and improve cloud resources and services in line with best practices for cost-efficiency, security, and compliance.

Mandatory Skills :

- Azure Cloud : Hands-on experience working with various Azure services such as Azure Storage, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure SQL Database.

- Azure Databricks : Strong experience with data engineering, machine learning pipelines, and data transformation workflows using Azure Databricks.

- Microservices Architecture : Expertise in designing, building, and deploying microservices applications. Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, AKS).

- Python : Proficient in backend development using Python for building scalable services, data pipelines, and APIs.

- DevOps : Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates), and monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana).

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud-based data storage solutions.

- Knowledge of React.js or Angular for frontend development.

- Experience with Data Engineering or Machine Learning using Azure technologies (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Databricks notebooks).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Azure Cloud and Microservices.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
